Irish Lemon Pudding and Whipped Cream recipe

Hey Everyone,
TargetGirl here. In school a few weeks ago I made an Irish Lemon Pudding!!!
So I thought, why not teach you guys how to make it? 

The ingredients you need for the pudding itself are:
2 tablespoons butter 
1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs, separated 
1/2 cup flour 
2 lemons, zested and juiced 1 
1/4 cups milk

Now for the method:
Preheat oven to 350. Then cream the butter and sugar very very very well.  
Add the egg yolks one by one, then add the flour. Add the lemon zest* and juice, followed by the milk, and mix well together.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Fold gently into the lemon mixture until it is all brought together.
Pour into an 8-9 inch pie pan or cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until very lightly browned and set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with freshly whipped cream. 

If you want to make your own whipped cream then here is the recipe below:
Place the sugar into the mixing bowl and add the whipping cream. Whisk just until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Store any unused portion in an airtight container for up to 10 hours. When ready to use, re-whisk for 10 to 15 seconds. 
Ingredients for Cream: 
2 tablespoons sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream
